All sales are final upon delivery or pickup from warehouse.
Returns and Exchanges Before Delivery: Any in-stock product can be returned or exchanged up until the day of delivery.
For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items once they have been delivered and brought into your home. This policy helps us maintain a safe and hygienic environment for everyone.
Due to the unique nature of custom orders, a non-refundable deposit of 40% is required prior to the order being placed. Due to unforeseen delays from our suppliers, or other factors beyond our control, arrival dates on Custom Orders and items that are not in stock are estimates only.
