Delivery Policy

Our local delivery service starts at $99.99 plus tax within HRM. This includes bringing your furniture inside to the room of your choice, assembling it if needed, and cleaning up all packaging materials.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure the space is ready. Our team can only handle the items listed on the delivery documents and cannot move or remove any existing furniture.

All orders must be paid in full before delivery. Delivery fees are non-refundable once your furniture has been received. Should you require an additional delivery for more items, a separate fee will apply.

Pick-up centre

Pick up your purchase at our conveniently located warehouse at 21 Topple Dr., Dartmouth.

Warehouse Hours:
Tuesday – Saturday
9:30am - 4:30pm

Pick-Up Information:

• All pick-ups must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
• Please call 902.450.7007 1 hour before arriving to pick up your purchase.
• Bring a photo ID to collect your purchase.
• Please notify the warehouse if someone else will be picking up your order.
• Merchandise may be in cartons and require assembly.
• Please be sure that the size of your vehicle will accommodate the size of the furniture to be picked up.
• WorldWide Furniture is not responsible for loading or securing your purchase, or for the safe transportation of merchandise to your home.
• Damage that occurs during transit is not covered by warranty.
• WorldWide Furniture is not responsible for any personal injuries that occur as a result of furniture pick-up.
• In-home service is not available on merchandise picked up from the warehouse. For concealed damage,
• Customer Service must be notified at 902.450.7007 within 24-hours of pick-up.
